 Jack W. Hanemann is a dynamic litigator, having tried cases in most areas of law. Jack has a general practice, with emphasis on real estate, business and corporate law, personal injury, wrongful death, probate and estate planning, criminal law and bankruptcy. Jack has many years of experience in social security and workmen's compensation cases, which include litigation in the U.S. Federal Court. He received his undergraduate degree from John Hopkins University and his law degree from University of Puget Sound. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and NOSSCR. Jack is licensed to practice in the states of Washington and Minnesota, and the U.S. Federal Court, Ninth Circuit and Federal Tax Court.
