Mr. Hanemann attended Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 1970. He graduated
from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in December, 1975, with honors
in the top 10% of his class. Jack has been practicing law since 1976. He has been
admitted to practice law in the State of Washington and the State of Minnesota.
He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Thurston County Bar Association.
He is also admitted to practice in Federal District Court, The Ninth Circuit Court
and Federal Tax Court. He is an active member of the Washington State Association
for Justice as an Eagle Member. Mr. Hanemann emphasizes in his practice Personal
Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Issues; in addition, he
also handles Probate, Social Security Disability and Criminal Defense. Mr. Hanemann
has spoken many times for Continuing Legal Education Seminars. He also serves as
a mediator and arbitrator in many cases.
Jack is active in his community. He is a long-time member of the YMCA; has served
on the Board of Trustees for many years and he receives annual recognition for his
volunteer work in fund raising. Jack is also an avid supporter of Big Brothers and
Big Sisters.
Mr. Hanemann is married and has three sons, two grandsons, and one granddaughter.
In his leisure time he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and SCUBA diving.
